Job Responsibilities

• Develop and review Revit/CAD-based 3D models, convert them into 2D shop drawings, and create constructible designs that adhere to project requirements.
• Collaborate with main contractors and MEP contractors to produce CSD, oversee DFMA modular manufacturing, and coordinate structural, architectural, and MEP systems.
• Perform clash detection, generate related reports, maintain file naming conventions, and ensure accurate organization and documentation of drawings.
• Communicate with engineers, architects, and project teams to manage documentation, address consultant inputs, and facilitate seamless communication across the project.
• Apply QA processes, verify drawings for compliance, and efficiently manage timelines to achieve project milestones.

Job Requirements: 

• Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in BIM Modeller in Maincon Coordination.
• •Have experience on quality requirement of DFMA Modular Prefab Mep product, Materials Selection, Fabrication, Assembly and Inspection will be an advantage.
