QA/QC Engineer [ Up to $5000 | Pioneer ] - #1087287

• Office hour 6 days

Job Responsibilities: 

• Supervise quality inspections for incoming, in-process, and outgoing products, ensuring compliance with inspection standards, quality procedures, and completion of work per method statements.
• Collaborate with QA, Process, Engineering, and Product teams to resolve quality concerns, conduct audits, and enforce corrective measures.
• Oversee and maintain supplier quality performance, ensuring alignment with required specifications.
• Draft inspection reports, arrange site inspections, and coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Authorities for certifications.
• Provide training to workers on method statements and ensure compliance with construction and quality standards.

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum ITE, Diploma in Manufacturing or Quality Engineering.
• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in a Product Manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 13485, 45001) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of quality standards for DMA Modular Prefab MEP products, Material Selection, Fabrication, Assembly, and Inspection will be beneficial.
