Job Duties

  • Handle walk-in and call-in inquiries / feedback
  • Receiving visitors and verification of identification of pet owners
  • Proper recording of feedback and information into system
  • Directing and escorting visitors to allocated kennels and catteries 
  • Support document preparation, sorting, filing and record management
  • Liaising with owners on queries related to quarantine and pet updates 
  • Preparing and uploading of digital certificates
  • Confirming of payment status in system 
  • Crowd control management due peak hours
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned 

 

Job Requirements

  • Min. GCE “O” Level with 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Service industry
  • Prior experience in fast-pace environment and managing of high volume of enquiries
  • Willing to commit 6 days’ work per week 

 

Additional Info

  • 6 Days (Mondays to Saturdays: 0830 to 1800)
  • OT payable!!
