Qualifications/Experiences/Skills Required

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervisory role to the Accounts Payable(AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) team, ensuring timely submission and assisting to meet deadlines when necessary.
• Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of full set accounts.
• Prepare fixed asset schedules and bank reconciliations.
• Handle inter-company transactions, reconciliation, and confirmation.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns.
• Assist with year-end statutory audits and preparation of statutory accounts.
• Reconcile part-timer cash disbursements.
• Supervisory of Accounts Execs, Accounts Assts
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills, meticulous, and proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Minimum 3 years of full set accounting experience.
• Ability to function as a proactive and independent team player.
• Ability to meet tight schedules and timelines.
• Added advantage to have experience in the food and beverage industry or retail industry.
