Manager, Finance - #1087277

The selected candidate will be required to:

• Oversee and review works performed by the finance transaction and reporting team.
• Produce financial reports related to account payables, account receivables etc.
• Identify accounting and financial issues and suggest timely solutions.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end close process.
• Support operational activities to ensure compliance with financial and internal control 
  policies and procedures.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors in matters pertaining to operational and statutory 
  audits.
• Liaise with tax agents for annual tax filing and declarations.
• Administer the finance and accounting system, and coordinate enhancement works to the 
  system. 

Requirements:

• Tertiary education with a background in Accountancy or Business.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, financial operations or 
  budgeting;
• Knowledge in public sector accounting and governance will be an added advantage;
• Familiarity in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central, Microsoft Power Automate, 
  Microsoft PowerApps and Robotics Processing Automation will be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with key stakeholders at all levels;
• Resourceful, highly motivated with a positive working attitude;
• Able to work independently and is a good team player.
