Senior Executive, Environment, Health and Safety (LS/JT) - #1087269

Responsibilities: 

• Assist stakeholders to identify any unsafe condition or unsafe work practice
• Recommend stakeholders to implement reasonable and practical measure
• Assist in developing and monitoring EHS programme and policies
• Conduct EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) inspection/surveys within Land Systems plants and recommend appropriate corrective measures
•  Establish and deliver/communicate EHS deliverables and training
• Assist in the investigations and reporting of accidents/incidents and recommend preventive and correctives measures
• Plan and conduct internal and external audits as per statutory requirements (i.e. ISO 14001 and ISO 45001) 
• Monitoring of EHS work plan and objectives
• Plan and coordinate MOM regulatory medical examination(s) and report
• Review and update of EHS documents (i.e. Risk Assessment, Safe Work Procedures, Lifting Plan)
• All other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management

Requirements

• Minimum a Diploma in engineering or equivalent field. 
• Registered WSHO (MOM) with at least 3 years of post-registration and practical experience
• Knowledge on manufacturing processes will be an advantage
• Ability to use relevant Microsoft applications for report writing, documents updates, analysis and develop presentation slides for EHS related contents
• Be dynamic, self-motivated, proactive and results-orientated
• Excellent team spirit, strong technical competence and good interpersonal skills
