Job Responsibilities:

Address taxpayers’ tax queries on the various tax types such as Individual Income Tax, Property tax over the helpline.
Promote and nudge taxpayers in the usage of our e-Services and chatbot
Guide taxpayers on the step-by-step e-Filing procedures and provide advices on their filing and payment obligations
