Responsibilities: Sales Operations Manager
Salary: $4,500 – 5,000
Sales Operations Manager plays a critical role in supporting and optimising the sales process within the organisation. The responsibilities typically fall into several key areas, including strategy, process optimization, data management, and collaboration.
Job responsibilities
- Collaborating with sales leadership to design and execute strategies that align with company goals
- Develop sales targets and forecasts by analyzing historical data, market trends, and sales team performance
- Analysing data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities, then suggest improvements.
- Evaluating and implementing tools for lead generation, sales analytics, and automation
- Collaborating on pricing strategies, commission structures, and revenue recognition
- Tracking KPIs (key performance indicators) and provide actionable insights to improve overall sales performance
- Designing and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Creating dashboards and reports to track metrics such as revenue, pipeline health, win rates, and quota attainment
- Training and supporting Area Sales Managers in effectively using these tools
- Working with Marketing team to ensure seamless lead handovers and campaign effectiveness
- Monitoring and managing the sales operations budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Leading cross-functional projects and support Area Sales Managers in achieving their objectives
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of sales operations or similar experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in data analysis and creating actionable insights
- Strong ability to communicate across teams and with leadership
- Capable of addressing process inefficiencies and aligning solutions with business goals
- A bachelor's degree in business administration
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in a managerial role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software, preferably Dynamics365
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to manage sales forecasting, data analysis, and sales strategy to optimise sales operations and efficiency
- Passion for driving sales excellence and a commitment to continuous improvement
