Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the scheduling of work (repair, maintenance and walk-in) 
• Oversee the ordering of suppliers, parts and equipment
• Ensure a clean organized work environment in the shop and storage areas
• Provide quality assurance: check over completed vehicle before customer collection/delivery.
• Invoicing
• Candidate should have initiative & responsible in up keeping all incoming documents and ensure all documents are filed and kept properly
• Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
• Any other job related duties
• Meticulous worker
• Good attitude
• Able to work independently 
• Able to use MS Office such as Excel, PowerPoint
• Able to work with others well
• Able to organize documents and handle administrative work

Job Requirements

• Min N Levels
• Strong interpersonal, communication and people management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Keen learner and able to work in fast pace environment
• Able to work independently and with minimum supervision
• Experience in Automobile Industry would be an advantage but not necessary
• Able to start immediately would be an advantage or within Short Notice
• On the job training will be provided
