Test Technician (Tampines / $3200 / Electronics / Singaporeans Only) - #1087181

Location: Tampines, Singapore
Salary: Up to $3,000 basic salary
Working Hours: Monday to Friday

• Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM ($6/day allowance)
• Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM ($17/day allowance)
  (Select one shift – fixed schedule)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Engineers: Support engineers in conducting all test-related activities.
• Product Configuration Setup: Implement and manage various product configurations.
• Testing & Troubleshooting: Analyze and troubleshoot product failures, working closely with process and test engineers to improve yields.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate actively in Kaizen activities to drive operational efficiency.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain and update test tracking records and working instructions (W/I).
• Training & Onboarding: Train new hires on working instructions and procedures.
• New Product Introduction (NPI): Provide support for NPI processes and production runs.
• ISO Compliance: Assist in ISO implementation and ensure standards are maintained.

Requirements:

• Relevant studies in Electronics will be advantageous.
• Experience in testing and troubleshooting is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ISO procedures and Kaizen activities will be a plus.
