Job Description:
- Support the Program Manager in coordinating and managing project activities
- Assist in organizing internal meetings and discussions related to program deliverables
- Monitor and track project status and report updates to the Program Manager
- Help prepare documentation and reports related to Product Lifecycle Management
- Provide operational support to ensure efficient execution of project tasks
- Assist in managing project schedules, resources, and deliverables
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely completion of project milestones
- Ensure adherence to company security policies and procedures
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Program Manager
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or support roles (preferably in OEM/ODM businesses)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Willing to perform overtime as required
