JOB TITLE: Product Operations Manager (LED)
As a Product and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of LED lighting systems. Your role involves working with various LED technologies, ensuring optimal performance, and provide technical support. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to deliver high-quality LED solutions. You would also be responsible for the selection of suitable LED products, and vendors for various projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Installation and Configuration: Install and set up LED lighting systems in accordance with specifications and industry standards.
Configure LED controllers, drivers, and associated components to ensure seamless functionality. - Maintenance and Upkeep: Conduct routine inspections and assign technician maintenance of installed LED systems to identify and address any issues promptly.
Replace faulty components and perform upgrades to enhance system performance. - Programming and Tuning: Program LED controllers and drivers to achieve desired lighting effects and meet customer requirements.
Fine-tune LED systems for optimal brightness, colour accuracy, and energy efficiency. - Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with LED installations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement effective solutions. - Quality Assurance: Ensure that all LED installations meet quality standards and comply with safety regulations.
Conduct testing and validation procedures to guarantee the reliability of LED systems. - Customer Support: Provide technical support to customers and address inquiries related to LED systems.
Offer guidance on best practices for optimal system performance. - Understanding NovaStar system, ColorLite & Huidu system. Maintain cloud technologies Vnnox and Colorlight for LED content management.
- LED Project planning and assign resource allocation to execute the project.
- Liaise with Vendor on the LED specification and delivery.
- Onsite LED survey, LED design, specification and measurement.
- Provide LED recommendations to customers and sales
- Support sales in the quotation and tender bidding.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field
- 2-5 years working with LED systems (Installation, Maintenance, Troubleshooting)
- Familiar with LED technologies like NovaStar, ColorLite, Huidu, Colorlight and Vnnox
- Experience in project planning, resource allocation, and working with various vendors
- Strong technical expertise in LED systems, programming and tuning controllers
- Knowledge of quality assurance and safety regulations for LED installations
- Customer support and communication skills
- Project management capabilities and willingness to travel for site visits and review installations by technicians
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
