Salary: up to $11,000 (Basic) + Prorated PB

Job scope

Translate business imperatives into effective external communication campaigns.
Cultivate strong media relationships, with a focus on local, regional, and tech business media.
Develop creative, integrated communications campaigns across traditional and digital media.
Build and execute earned Key Opinion Leader (KOL) campaigns.
Collaborate with agencies to ensure campaign success as needed.
Craft compelling narratives and messaging aligned with key business goals.
Create diverse content (briefs, LinkedIn posts, press releases, speeches) ensuring consistent messaging.
Simplify complex technical content for a broad audience.
Manage crisis communications by maintaining protocols, drafting responses, and monitoring issues.
Track communication KPIs, analyze media coverage, and support internal communications with aligned messaging and materials.

Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in internal communications and some experience in external & executive communications.
