Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide level 1 and 2 troubleshooting of devices, and maintenance of laptops and tablets.
• Installation and configuration of operating systems and common software for end users
• Assist users with operating system, email, hardware and software-related common feature functionality
• Deployment of PCs, notebooks and printers, and common network devices
• Assist in isolating, analyzing, and troubleshooting network and wireless connectivity issues
• Respond to incidents in a timely manner, investigate, and provide temporary or permanent solutions to escalated incidents.
• Monitor Service Level Agreement and provide regular reporting in a timely manner to the relevant party.
• Coordinate with 3rd party or equipment vendors to resolve problems.
• Client site visit for IT network or hardware troubleshooting.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned.

Skill Requirement:

• Good communication skills and always conduct services in a professional and friendly manner
• Logical thinking and analyzing
• Good documentation habit
• Familiar with network structure
• Familiar with Windows and Mac OS and common software such as MS Office and Adobe
• Excellent teamwork skill that is able to collaborate with multiple engineers to share information and knowledge to understand, investigate and solve IT related issues
