Job Summary:
- Working location: Jurong East
- Working days & hrs: 5 days; Monday to Friday ; 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
- Salary range: up to SGD 3,000 (dep on exp) + VB (based on individual performance)
Primary Responsibilities:
To provide support and assistance to the sales team
- To prepare reports and other documents required by the management
- To liase and coordinate with Operations and Sales team
- Able to follow up closely with new and existing clients
- Check incoming e-mails and prepare quotations
- Assist with additional tasks/initiatives as assigned
Requirements:
- Min 1 year admin experience.
- Relevant study in Business Administration or related studies.
- Able to work independently
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
