WORKING HOURS
- 5-day work week
- Mon- Thurs 8.30am-5.45pm, Fri 8.30am – 5.15pm
- Free shuttle bus available from Pioneer MRT
JOB SCOPE
- Manage Academic Programme and Curriculum Matters
- Assist with the setup of new postgraduate programmes and courses in the system, including liaising with Schools on related matters.
- Handle student requests for course exemptions and credit transfers, including verification and clarification with Schools as needed
- Provide support for other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Good administrative and organisational skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)
- Meticulous and high attention to detail
- Experience in academic administration or higher educational settings would be an advantage
- Proficient in the use of IT applications and databases.
- Knowledge of Denodo would be an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as a team to meet deadlines
