Programme and Partnership Assistant (Contract), 42SG - #1087101

Roles and Key Responsibilities:

As Programme and partnership assistant for SUTD 42 Singapore, you will support the management of the programme, as well as industry and stakeholders engagement pertaining to the programme, such as:

• Support the management of Ecole-42 programme, events and activities, such as roadshows, Introductory meetings, Piscine, Kick-off, mid-week student activities etc 
• Engage in outreach activities to raise awareness of the programme and attract participants, volunteers, and/or funding support.
• Plan and support engagements and follow-ups with industry stakeholders including government agencies and/or associations to solicit support in various forms, such as industry talks, internships, employment, special projects etc
• Track programme progress, collection of data and statistics for submission to SSG and/or stakeholders
• Provide timely and accurate reports to the management
• Any other matters as necessary for the smooth operations of programme, such as coordinate the logistics, scheduling, meeting space, onsite and off-site administrative support

Interested applicants should possess the following:

• Relevant Degree in any discipline with minimum 2 years related experience in similar capacity
• Programme management experience preferred in similar capacity
• Good stakeholder development and management skills to build and maintain stakeholder relationship
• Good written and verbal communications 
• Creative, dynamic and resourceful individual
• Meticulous and inquisitive attitude with strong follow-up skills
• Team player with a high level of initiative and able to work independently and under pressure
