Corporate Communications Manager - #1087091

Seeking experienced Communications Manager to join on 6 months Project assignment as Manager (Corporate Communications)

Incumbent is mainly responsible for External Communications, experience in integrating External, Executive, and Internal Communications is important, along with the ability to partner with the Marketing team to integrate campaigns and to cross-pollinate. The candidate should understand how to build PESO campaigns, as well as how to build and execute on earned KOL strategies. 

Reporting directly to the Senior Director for Strategic Communications, the Communications Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective communication strategies to drive organisation objectives and outcomes via Strategic Communications. 

 

Our Requirements:

2. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field
3. Minimum of 7 years of experience in internal communications and some experience in external & executive communications.
4. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences and channels.
6. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies that drive engagement and support business objectives.
7. Self-starter who possesses strong planning and organizational skills, very resourceful
8. Able to produce clear, factual and relevant information in written Business and marketing acumen and numerically inclined. Good project and budget management skills
9. Immediate availability /short notice is at an advantage.

Technical skills: 

• Technology-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good writing skills 
• Story-telling ability 

Soft Skills:

• Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in communications, Public Relation, and employee engagement.
• Ability to manage different stakeholders who often have competing concerns and goals
• Team player with strong stakeholder management and positive outlook.
• Creative and with an eye for details.
• Confidence to interact and engage with Senior Leaders
