Work schedule: Full day

Attend to customers inquiries on all service features and ensure proficiency in service features.
Export and import (Air & Sea) document processing.
Arrange Courier Services with forwarders.
Arrange booking with FCL and LCL carrier.
Assign transhipment into export leg consol file in the SAP system.
Arrange for trucking and loading of container with CFS operator.
Ensure that all hazardous cargo arrangements and procedures are in accordance with company policy.
Issuance of BL and shipping certificates as needed.
Adherence to all destinations' SOPs
Compliance with irregularity handling procedures with the origin and destinations.
Ensure that shipment costs are correctly accrued in SAP. Verify vendor/intercompany invoices and file disputes for any that are incorrect.
Ensure shipment timely invoicing in accordance with company KPIs.
Ensure that files are checked, updated, closed, and archived accurately within the defined KPIs.
Back up for other team members as when necessary
Any other job-related tasks assigned by the superior
