• Analyze & verify the purchase requisition submitted by engineer department
• Source and obtain quotation from vendors (price & quality comparison is required)
• Negotiate price & terms with vendors
• Develop new sources (potential supplier)
• Raise Purchase Requisition and issue PO
• Update all records of purchased products in the BOM list
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Review quality of purchased products
• Coordinate with internal (PM, Engineers, Store, etc.) and External (suppliers & customers) 
• Updating and tracking the COD payment
• Provide reports for management

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Purchasing roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Preferable knowledge in ERP system. 
• Possesses proficient bilingual skills in Chinese and English as to communicate effectively with our China counterpart and Chinese-speaking supplier/customer.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
