PC and Mobile Repair Technician - #1087068

 Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide support, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of PCs, Laptops and mobile phones.
• Including SMD repairs such as re-balling, soldering, reflowing of I/Cs, transistors, capacitors and other components/chipsets on a Motherboard.
• Resolve software issues using established SOPs.
• Research new methods, both hardware and software to resolve common problems or troubleshooting common problems.
• Ensure daily cleanliness of the technical department.
• Ensure proper use of tools issued.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of machines, tools and gadgets.
• Adapt to changing technologies and learn functionally of new laptop and phone application.
• Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by report manager and/or management.

Requirements

• Customer oriented with good communication skills 
• Must be able to speak, read and write English to communicate with English-speaking customers
• Preferably with a customer service experience to service customers with products/services.
• Preferable have experience on troubleshooting, repair and dismantle of computers and notebooks. Replace harddisk, LED screen and motherboard.
• 6 day work week 
• Working Time: 12noon to 9pm
