Logistics Assistant

Job Description:

• Prepare shipping documents, CIPL
• Arrange packing and shipment including import, export and local delivery
• Apply for Form E.
• Follow up on shipments and resolve issues to ensure the shipments arrive destination.
• Act as a backup for internal warehouse duty.
• Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders to schedule shipments and track deliveries.
• Ensure that shipments comply with customs regulations and international shipping requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 - 2 year of relevant work experience required for this role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to coordinate and liaise with external parties, such as forwarder, customer, and custom officer, also internal parties, such as project team, purchaser and logistics colleagues in China.
• Able to speak, read and write in Chinese to liaise with our China counterparts.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
• Knowledge of shipping regulations, customs procedures, and safety protocols.
