Quantity Surveyor for M&E (ACMV) - #1087065

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all works related to Quantity Surveyor duties.
• Providing an estimate for material costs.
• Analysing construction blueprints.
• Involved in tender preparation and participation.
• Developing documents that tracks costs.
• Preparation of technical details & costing for tender submission.
• Resolving discrepancies related to a company’s finances.
• Reviewing an existing budget.
• Creating reports, analysis, contracts, budgets, and other related Tender Documents.
• Create Tender File to have proper tender management tracking and monitoring.
• Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.

Qualifications:

• Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Survey, Engineering (Mechanical), Building or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.).
• Good communication skills, coordination skills and critical thinking.
• Knowledge in ACMV design is an advantage.

Requirement:

• Able to start immediately.
• Willing to work on a work from home basis.
• Must own a personal computer/ laptop.
• Must have AutoCAD installed on your laptop/ pc.
• Must be knowledgeable to use AutoCAD.
• Must have a relevant working experience in QS works.
• Independent and committed.
• Must have knowledge in ACMV/ HVAC-type.
• Able to travel to Singapore twice a month or necessary for meeting.
