Sales Coordinator/Customer Service Coordinator (North | $5000) - #1087050

Responsibilities

This job is all about providing great customer service and fixing technical problems with mechanical equipment. You'll:

• To troubleshoot and fix problems at customer sites, including planning the work and managing resources.
• Provide customer services on communicate clearly and professionally to quickly resolve issues after a sale.
• Able to work with internal teams to come out with solutions to resolve customer problem
• Visiting customers regularly to evaluate service quality and identify any new needs.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure their continued satisfaction.
• Developing a strong understanding of relevant engineering principles and best practices
• Other Ad-hoc duties.

Requirements

• Degree in mechanical or relevant courses
• 2-3 years of working experience in similar industry
• Good communication to maintain customer relations
