Key Accountabilities
 

• Plan and execute the implementation of audit and compliance programs
• Perform compliance reviews in accordance to J-SOX, regulatory and internal controlrequirements
• Develop, review, and revise corporate ethics policies and procedures
• Provide advice and recommendations for improvement to ensure effectiveness and efficiencyof business operations and practices
• Assist in the implementation of functional strategies and initiative for achievement ofdepartmental and organisational goals
• Ensure ESG strategy is directly tied to the business' strategies and goals
• Conduct & present sustainability assessments report
• Perform any other duties as assigned by superior

Requirement

• Degree in Accounting or ACCA or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in audit and financial compliance or grant management / compliance related work.
• Strong proficiency in financial software and tools, where required (e.g. Excel, etc.).
