Job Summary:

• Work Location: Jurong East MRT - 5mins walking distance 
• Work Days: 5 Days - Mon to Friday
• Work Time: 8am - 5.30pm

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with business development team and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract top talent through creative outreach methods, including social media, networking events, and job fairs.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Maintain our applicant tracking system and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance our company’s visibility in the job market.

What We’re Looking For:

• A passion for recruitment and people.
• Sales driven individuals and hungry for commission. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive mindset with a knack for creative problem-solving.
