Job Description:

• Perform preventive, routine, and corrective maintenance on production machinery, including troubleshooting and repairs of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Conduct inspections to identify defects, wear, or potential failures, ensuring machinery operates efficiently and meets safety and quality standards.
• Develop and follow preventive maintenance schedules while maintaining detailed logs, repair records, and spare parts inventory.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve recurring issues, implement solutions, and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, verify the proper functioning of safety systems, and participate in training to stay updated on industry advancements.

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum NTC 3 in Mechanical/Electrical Fitting.
• Certification in maintenance and reliability (e.g., CMRP) is advantageous.
• 2–5 years of experience in maintenance within a stamping or manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
