To support our growth plans, we are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing results-driven individual to join our dynamic team as a Sales Executive.  

Key Responsibilities:

•  Customer Engagement : Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
•  Sales Generation : Drive sales by effectively promoting products and services, aiming to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
•  Product Knowledge : Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the product line, including features, benefits, and pricing, to assist customers effectively.
•  Relationship Building : Foster strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
•  Sales Reporting : Track and report sales performance, providing insights on trends and areas for improvement to management.
•  Promotional Activities : Actively market promotions and events to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
•  Feedback Collection : Gather customer feedback and relay insights to management to help improve product offerings and customer service.
•  Collaboration : Work closely with team members and management to ensure a positive shopping experience and efficient store operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in retail or sales with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to effectively schedule and coordinate meetings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Extroverted and bubbly personality with a knack for building rapport and creating engaging interactions.
