Warehouse Executive - #1087031

Work Location                            :  Tampines ( Near to Ikea)
Work Day                                     : Monday to Friday (7am to 3pm/ 3pm to 11pm) – Fixed Shift.

Responsibilities:

• To lead a team of warehouse assistant and warehouse admin to ensure the management of the store efficiently
• To supervise the receiving, kitting and shipment accordingly to the production plan by the planning department efficiently
• To lead the team to ensure the system and physical stocks are well maintained
• To ensure the safety, 5s and the efficient of the store arrangement together with the team
• To ensure coordination of the store equipment maintenance with the facility department
• To closely coordinate with the Quality department on the IQA inspection and ensure materials are received correctly
• To monitor work orders and ensure the team kits out efficiently to support production, and highlight to planner on the shortages if any discrepancy found
• To maintain the drip stock list safety level and counter check to inform buyers if there are discrepancy or shortages
• To supervise and ensure SAP system and transactions are well maintained
• To ensure all deliveries are properly documented

Requirements:

• NITEC / A / O level with min 3 years relevant in warehouse working experience in manufacturing sector
• Strong knowledge of 3PL and 4PL
• Proficient in MS Office applications
