Job Description

• Supports the development of organization’s event programmes by assist in the planning and execution of the project plans
• Assist in the costing and production of the event proposal
• Support Project Manager in executing strategies and initiatives for clients
• Document clients’ requirements and prepare draft project plans
• Coordinate delivery of project outcomes in accordance to project plans and agreed timeline
• Provides regular status updates on the project plans to clients and all event, stakeholders, including coordination with event suppliers/vendors.
• Ensure compliance to local legislation and frameworks
• Conduct risk assessments for events
• Assist to identify potential issues and provide resolutions coordination
• Gather post-event feedback and evaluate event performance
• Coordinate/liaise with supplier and vendor to ensure delivery of tasks
• Traveling to site visits/recces; and managing successful event execution
   

Requirements

• Minimum ITE of any relevant field of studies, with keen interest in Event and MICE
• Candidates without prior experience may apply
• Possess keen interest in events & MICE
• Able to multitask and manage several projects at the same time
• Comfortable with events & agency settings and work hours (weekends, PH)
