Digital Marketing Executive - #1087025

Job Responsibilities

• Propose and plan all digital content and calendars according to business objectives, including email direct marketing, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Create highly engaging digital content, and content copywriting for all digital platforms with targeted content of trending topics
• Assist manager in identifying opportunities for repurposing content and scaling the process
• A brand publisher mindset: to create targeted content to specific audiences and optimize the path to conversion
• Keep extremely current with digital content trends and monitor competitor movement
• Monitor and assess the company’s content marketing performance using data analytics tool to generate weekly or monthly report and analysis on engagement rate and performance after every campaign
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Work with reporting manager and cross function teams to develop and execute 360 campaigns
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and campaigns to determine whether these meet the Company’ objectives and make recommendations for future marketing plans
• Implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic web traffic.
• Develop and manage partnerships with KOLs/creators, media titles, as well as other stakeholders from conception to execution.

 Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Linguistics or other related field
• At least 1 year's relevant experience in content creation and writing, preferably in the retail F&B industry. Digital marketing know-how is a requirement.
• Strong writing skill, creative flair in copywriting to ensure top-notch crafting of headlines and key messages
• Design competencies in Photoshop, Illustrator and/ or Premiere Pro will have an added advantage
• Creative with a willing-to-learn attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with various stakeholders
