This is a one-year contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.  The role offers a hybrid work schedule, combining both in-office and remote work to provide flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Strictly manage the project’s / event's timeline and ensure efficient delivery of events / projects

• Work closely with our in-house specialist teams to ensure smooth operation and production of each marketing project.

• Liaise with third-party partners and/or vendors to make sure their deliverables are provided as requested.

• Assist the Account Manager in managing a portfolio of clients and tracking marketing budgets.

• Proactively assess the project budget to identify potential risks before they affect deliverables.

Requirements

• Proven proficiency in project / events management 

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in an events/marketing role

• Analytical, performance-driven, and meticulous eye for detail with strong teamwork skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills preferred for developing marketing communication materials

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Relevant experience as a marketing specialist or in events management will be a distinct advantage

 

Academic qualification

• Degree in Marketing Communications or related disciplines
