What's your role?

• Lead and manage the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle day-to-day operations such as inbound, outbound, and inventory stock taking.
• Oversee logistics arrangements, including managing the driver fleet.
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless communication and workflow.
• Ensure order fulfilment during sales campaign D-Day by working alongside the team in the warehouse.
• Implement and use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety protocols and regulations.
• Plan warehouse space utilization effectively, ensuring optimal storage and workflow.
• Forecast manpower needs and expenses for warehouse operations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to maintain high team performance.

What's the skill required?

• Proven leadership experience in a warehouse environment.
• In depth knowledge of warehouse processes (Inbound, Outbound, Stock Take) and safety protocol.
• Computer literate with experience in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong communication skills to liaise with various departments.
• Must be willing to work on-site during sales campaigns.
• 5-day work week, with flexibility to work extra hours during peak sales periods.
