We are currently seeking experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic individuals to join our expanding Dry Bulk team in the role of a Panamax Shipbroker for our Singapore, Shanghai and Hong Kong offices.

The ideal candidate should have an established track record in Dry Bulk Ship broking (Panamax), together with technical and operational knowledge of vessels along with an understanding of the current market scenario. You will be responsible for developing business in the Panamax division, negotiating spot/ time charters/ COAs to maximize value-creation for your clients within the prevailing market conditions.

Qualities required for this role:

• Min. 3 years of experience in broking and/ or chartering roles within dry bulk segment
• Degree/ diploma in maritime or related fields preferable but not a necessity
• Good attitude, self-driven with a desire to succeed
• Good business acumen with sound commercial sense
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven track record
• Strong & established clientele base
