Job Title: Service Desk Agent
Location: Bedok
Salary: Up to $3,000 (depending on qualifications and experience)
Working Hour: (MUST BE OPEN TO ALL)

• At the Beginning: 8.5 hrs between 7:00 am to 7:30 pm (1 hour break)
• Day Shift: 8.5 hrs staggered shift between 1:00 pm – 10:30 pm (1 hour break)
• Night Shift: 8.5 hrs staggered shift between 10:30 pm to 8:00 am (1 hour break)

+ Weekend (Sat/Sun)

If a Sat/Sun shift is required, the off-in-lieu will be compensated on Thursday or Friday. The total working days will be still 5 days / week.

Job Description:

• Provide 1st level troubleshooting via phone and email
• Resolve incidents or escalate to 2nd level support
• Maintain timely updates to customers on outstanding issues
• Manage and prioritize customer incidents
• Ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) and follow up until closure
• Track incident status and provide updates

Requirements:

• Minimum Higher Nitec or Diploma holder
• Experience as a technical service desk agent (non-technical call center experience not considered)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Skype for Business, Access)
• Available for rotating shifts (Day: 1 pm – 10:30 pm; Night: 10:30 pm – 8 am)
• Must work one weekend shift (compensated with off-in-lieu)

Contract:

• 1 Year Contract under Agency Headcount (Renewable & Convertible)
