Warehouse Supervisor (Woodlands) 5 Days + Allowance + Bonus - #1086922

1. To develop and render excellent service to internal and external customers at all times
2. To ensure that staff and customer comply with existing safety rules and requirement as mandated by WSH committee.
3. To provide management with daily serialised billing, data for services rendered to customer and explanation for significant variance.
4. Manage, motivate, train and discipline staff.
5. To encourage new ideas for improvement and respect for one another.
6. To identify and develop talented staff for career advancement within the department or in another operations.
7. Proactively deploy staff to other sections to enhance the overall performance of the department.
8. Work with Operations Manager to establish business plan and goals for the department.
9. Prepare weekly scorecard data and present to the customer.
10. Monitor daily order fulfilment status and deploy the manpower to meet the customer requirements.
11. Monitor and improve the efficiency of operational processes.
12. Participate in strategic planning and goal setting for various business functions, including IT and customer support.
13. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure compliance with operational policies.
14. Supervise and train employees, providing guidance and support.
15. Implement processes to reduce costs and improve operations.
16. Analyse and report on department performance.
17. Manage inventory and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements:

• Nitec / Diploma in Logistics Supply Chain.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in managing a team.
• Experience in SAP/WMS operations system will be an advantage.
• Knowledge in MS Excel and Outlook.
• Shipping knowledge: Shipment booking via Fedex / DHL.
• Candidates with “Work At Height” license will be an advantage.
