• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for the company and group.
• Provide analytical review on the monthly financial statements for company and group.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal financial policies.
• Provide accurate and timely financial reports to senior management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
• Develop and manage the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads.
• Prepare and monitor financial budget/forecasts, provide detailed explanations for significant variances.
• Establish and maintain a robust system of internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements.
• Identify and address any weaknesses in financial processes and risk management.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Evaluate performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial benchmarks.
• Develop cash flow forecasts and implement strategies to optimize cash flow.
• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure financing and optimize interest rates.

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance will be preferred
• CA/CFA is a must
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in the role of a Financial Controller/ Manager 
• Dedicated individual with good interpersonal and communication skills to work closely with the stakeholders.
