Working hours: Mon – Fri, 8am – 5:30pm

Location: Woodlands (nearest MRT - Admiralty)

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the project management team.
• Prepare and submit accurate and timely project documentation to clients.
• Manage administrative tasks related to organizational projects.
• Offer essential office support to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
