Accounts Receivable Associate - #1086861

Our client is a Singaporean multinational technology and engineering group with a diverse portfolio of businesses in the aerospace, smart city, digital solutions, defense and public security segments.

With their current expansion, they are looking for AR Associate to assist with their daily operation.

• Preparation of customer creation, customer invoices and ad-hoc receipts in Workday 
• Follow-up on invoice rejections 
• Assist in queries from clients 
• Assist Team Leads in preparation of journal entries, audit schedules, and month-end/year-end closing matters 
• Preparation of reports, reconciliations and follow ups on unreconciled items 
• Any other Adhoc duties assigned 

If you are someone with the following, let’s chat!

• LCCI higher accounting / CAT/ Diploma in Accountancy 
• Experience in Finance & Accounts (preferably Accounts Receivable) 
• Good working knowledge on Microsoft Office including intermediate level for Excel
• Prior experience with Workday and/or SAP systems is an added advantage
• Meticulous in record keeping 
• Resilience to withstand pressure from clients 
• Able to multi-task and manage the workload during peak periods and work closely with the team as backup resources for timely delivery of services
