Project Coordinator - #1086827

Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our team, responsible for managing and coordinating interior works projects. The role requires ensuring smooth project execution through effective communication, meticulous oversight of daily activities, and strict adherence to project specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all project activities within assigned projects to ensure adherence to quality standards and on-time completion.
• Prepare daily progress reports to monitor site activities and ensure alignment with scheduled plans.
• Collaborate closely with Clients, Consultants, Project Managers, and site supervisors to review technical drawings, address discrepancies, and facilitate timely resolutions.
• Provide clear and precise instructions to site supervisors and vendors regarding work specifications, sequencing, scheduling, and logistical arrangements.
• Actively participate in meetings with Clients and consultants to propose technical solutions and address project requirements effectively.
• Ensure all work complies with specified standards, approved drawings, and budgetary constraints.
• Promptly escalate technical issues or discrepancies between site activities and project drawings to the Project Manager for resolution.
• Fulfill additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Project Director to support project objectives and organizational goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the construction or interior design industry.
• Strong grasp of construction processes, technical drawings, and project management principles.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, including chinese and English speaking clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools.
