Job Description

• Monday - Friday (Office Hour)
• Working location: Changi
• Salary range: $3000 to $5000
• Incentive: AWS + VB

Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality assurance activities related to products, processes, and the maintenance of the quality management system, ensuring compliance with relevant government agencies, aviation authorities, and customer regulations and standards.
• Review and update quality procedures and control instructions to ensure ongoing effectiveness.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and suppliers to address non-conformance issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions aimed at reducing or eliminating the cost of poor quality.
• Conduct internal audits to assess the quality system, products, and processes in alignment with ISO9001, AS9100, and NADCAP standards.
• Perform audits of vendors and on-site inspections as required to ensure compliance.
• Ensure adherence to customer specifications and regulatory authority requirements.
• Work proactively to reduce the monthly Cost of Poor Quality and scrap.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical / Aeronautical Engineering / other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in ISO9001 / AS9100 Quality Management System and NADCAP
• Experience in leading and using problem-solving tools including fishbone diagrams, FMEA and 5-whys methodology
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings
• Familiar with NADCAP processes including heat treatment, non-conventional machining, shotpeening and chemical processing would be an advantage
