• Basic from $6,000 to $9,000 + Variable Bonus
• Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6pm
• Saturday, 8:30am – 12:30pm
• Location: Various locations

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Team as a Project Manager to oversee project progress while managing costs effectively.
• Supervise sub-contractors' work to ensure compliance with shop drawings, method statements, materials, and samples.
• Coordinate with authorities, sub-contractors, consultants, and clients on shop drawings, materials, and samples.
• Review and align Electrical and ELV design drawings to ensure they meet design specifications and guidelines.
• Manage and execute projects within the stipulated deadlines.
• Attend meetings with contractors to address issues and provide progress updates.
• Review drawings and specifications for compliance with standards.
• Assign tasks to Engineers and Supervisors, ensuring work meets standards and SOPs.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Electrical Engineering and at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Possess strong technical knowledge in Electrical and ELV services, identifying discrepancies with Structural, ID, architectural, and client provisions.
• Proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Project.
• Skilled in leading a team and performing effectively under pressure.
• Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for a senior position.
