Job Description:
1. Communicate with potential New Employer to hitting KPI target.
2.Develop recruitment plans and strategies to meet client needs.
3.At Least Daily Cold Call to 30 New Potential Customers.
4.Make an appointment to meet with the customer.
5.Make an appointment to meet with new customers at least once a week.
About you:
·At Least 20 of Regular Customer (Employer) in Blue Collar Recruitment Agency Industry.
· Preferably CEI certified.
· Need to Hit KPI Target .
· Self-motivated and self-disciplined.
