Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of  HR (Talent Acquisition).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for full spectrum in relation to Recruitment and Selection, Career Fairs, Employee Relations and Projects
• Partner with hiring managers to understand and fulfill hiring requirements
• Ensure Recruitment activities are in accordance with TAFEP guidelines and equal employment opportunities
• Facilitate and manage onboarding and offboarding
• Partner with Institutions of Higher Learning
• Prepare and maintain HR reports
• Support HR operation
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Studies or equivalent
• At least 5 to 8 years of recruiting and sourcing experience working in a similar capacity in an MNC with HR operation experience
• Ability to handle high volume hiring
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (excellent in Microsoft Excel)
• Strong communication and good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with employees of all levels
• A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player with a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to manage demanding workload and ‘hands-on”
• High integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information and/or projects
• Flexible and self-motivated with ability to work independently
