TCM Supervisor (Coordinator) - #1086683

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary responsibility is the Supervisory function in TCM department.

1. Assisting the TCM Manager in supervising and overseeing all TCM operation scope.
2. Responsible for overseeing the contractors’ work to ensure it is done according to requirements.
3. Responsible for daily audits/ roaming check and ensure tidiness of all rooms and systems, quality of alarms and other operational activities and ensure Preventive Maintenance (PMs) are completed. 
4. Coordinate with engineer on the service works/schedule.
5. Coordinate with team leaders and ensure sufficient required manpower.
6. Ensure SPC data are updated, reviewed and prompt actions are taken on any uptrend/low trend/OOC/OOS condition.
7. Verify the employee time sheets created by admin assistant and ensure their accuracy.
8. Responsible for coordinating with the admin assistant to ensure all the training are arranged/ carried out as per required schedule. 
9. Responsible for audit of training documents, ensuring their accuracy and sufficiency.
10. Conduct site induction training and provide on the job system training for the new employees
11. Assist in operation when required (e.g.: monitoring SCADA, performing PMs, troubleshooting, etc.).
12. Responsible for generating month end reports.
13. Responsible for preparing monthly sample schedules and ensuring new systems which are put on line and required routine sampling analysis are added to the schedules.
14. Be the point of contact with the customers when required.
15. Responsible for implementing all necessary safety practices when contractors and TCM staff carry out their work tasks. Consult the Safety officer for any unknown safety issues and any updates.
16. Organize and conduct mock drills to exercise on TCM team response to chemical supply interruption, escalation, and spillage.
17. Generate internal SOPs and method statement when required. 
18. Conduct Risk Assessment for TCM activities.
19. Coordinate to arrange for tools and equipment servicing and calibration. Maintain all records for internal and external audits.
20. Responsible for TCM Team correct PPE, safety tools & equipment issuance and maintenance.
21. Responsible for site safety and security protocol are adhered and followed by all employees.
22. Responsible to be on site during any supply interruption or abnormal condition. Activate the engineer and create incident report.
23. Provide improvement suggestion and track on change request record.
24. Standby for emergency activation and respond to all critical warning/shutdown alarms (auto paging system). Work closely with Shift Leader, Engineer and TCM Manager during system issue to update status to client promptly. Guide and advise shift team for all issues for correct actions to be taken and escalation to client in-charged.
25. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties when necessary.

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering/Management field or equivalent 
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in semiconductor or chemical and gas industry (is added advantage)
• Strong in Leadership and Human management
• Experience in 8D methodology (problem solving approach) with 5Whys analysis, Fishbone analysis to write incident report (is added advantage)
• Know FMEA process, Risk Assessment & SPC
• Good in computer skill and Microsoft office
• Experience in ISO standards & QMS audit requirements
