Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate staff training with HR such as Coretrade, Construction Safety Orientation Course (CSOC), BCA bracket license, etc.
  • Distribute letters and documents from HR/Finance department to the workers.
  • Help workers to check on their HRIS account with HR. (e.g. payslip, password access, etc).
  • Compile Risk Assessment (RA) documents in softcopy and hardcopy.
  • Call customers to change aircon installation timings when needed.
  • Prepare service reports through email when required.
  • New workers registration - thumbprint, dormitory, safety shoes.
  • Follow-up with HR and Finance on worker's OT claim, parking claim, medical claim, etc.
  • Prepare incident report on vehicle accident and work injuries when needed.
  • Compile Warranty Service Repair Installation (WSRI) and update in CRM system.
  • Tracking of procurement of equipment, materials and tools.
  • Handle project administrative works including progress claims, payments, purchase orders, delivery orders, tax invoices, etc.
  • Tracking of manpower deployment onsite and between projects.
  • Handle all other administrative works which may be assigned by project manager and engineers.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of Administrative experience.
