SENIOR EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT MANAGER, LOGISTIC - #1086591

Job Responsibilities

• Reports to Head of Department, Materials Management Department.
• Supervise a team of store personnel to ensure smooth provision of in-bound and out-bound store activities.
• To ensure effective, safe, accurate and timely stock management and replenishment, it includes space allocation, stock transfer, and dealing with non-conforming products.
• Oversee daily operations of the store.
• Create policies or procedures for logistics activities.
• Provide leadership and supervision to all logistics officers.
• Conducts receiving of stocks and ensure accurate inventory postings through ERP system to prevent stock discrepancies.
• Ensure goods are kept & maintained in good condition.
• Ensure goods are not expired/damaged.
• Manage store inventory and maintain stock updates/accuracy through annual stock take & cycle count.
• Research inventory discrepancies.
• Work closely with the procurement department to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained via replenishment cycles.
• Any other duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in store/warehouse environment
• Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines.
• Good planning and organization skills
• Good team-player and interpersonal skills
• Work experience in healthcare will be added advantage.
