Shipping cum Sales Co-ordinator - #1086588

Responsibilities

· Liaising with freight forwarders, direct customers and overseas agency for outgoing and incoming shipments

· Attending to phone calls and email enquiries on Air/Ocean freight for both FCL/LCL Bookings

· Handling of all outgoing shipments

· Preparing shipments containing Dangerous Goods for courier

· Data entry of various shipment information into SAP

· Order processing (Quotation, PO, DO and Invoicing)

· Support/work closely with sales and operation team

· Any administrative and ad-hoc duties as per instructed by your superior

Requirements

· Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma

· Preferably at least 2-3 years of experience handling shipping operations

· Sense of urgency, able to work under pressure with tight deadlines

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Experience working in the Manufacturing industry is a plus
