Customer Service Representative (Mechanical) (Up to $5000/ Woodlands) - #1086585

Job Description: 

• Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
• Plan, schedule, and allocate resources for service execution, while managing risks.
• Communicate professionally with clients to resolve after-sales issues quickly.
• Work with internal teams to implement solutions for customer concerns.
• Regularly visit clients to assess service quality and address emerging needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Gain a solid understanding of engineering principles and best practices.
• Adapt to additional tasks as needed to support company objectives.

Requirement:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with at least 3 years of experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients and internal teams.

Additional Information: 

• Up to $5000 with AWS and VB 
• Located in woodlands
