JOB SCOPES:
Manage and provide teaching support as part of the student care.

1. Logistic, TR booking, WSS claims, training
2. Review effectiveness of the teaching support programme
3. Provide reports and generate statistics at the end of each semester and case management
4. Management of staff teaching support through the online Academic Mentoring Scheme for Mentor-Mentee facilitation
5. Mentor online allocations & re-allocations
6. Monitor operating budget (allocated fund)

Alumni Cultivation and Activities

• Ensure adherence to University’s SOPs and guidelines when providing academic and teaching support
• Provide teaching and academic support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• Manage and support CCDS Alumni Association (AA) and alumni operation.
• Planning and organising student/alumni activities and events; provide logistic support for the activities and events

General Departmental Support

1. Coordinate logistics for departmental events and activities
2. Address inquiries and provide assistance to students, alumni, faculty members, and visitors

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Singaporean (s) only.
• Minimum Diploma in any related discipline.
